Update on Road Safety Issues Where You Live

I wanted to provide you with an update regarding road safety issues including speeding, dangerous driving and parking, which people where you live are highlighting as an issue of concern in their survey responses.

On Friday 30/04/2026 we conducted a Speed watch session on Station Road West Cornforth. 55 Vehicles Passed through. 11 were travelling between 31-35 MPH. One driver was 36 MPH. 43 vehicles were travelling between 26-30 MPH. Warning letters have been sent out. We plan on conducting more speed watch events in the coming weeks.
